About Us
A community-funded, independent, non-denominational organisation, we support people with chronic and life-limiting illness, their carers’ and families in Day Hospice Program, Episodes of Care/End-of-Life Care and Carers’ Accommodation.
In order for our services above to keep running we require donations and fundraising contributions for the Geelong and Surrounding Communities.
