The schnitzel can be crumbed fresh or tender grilled and they also have gluten-free crumbs available. Choose from the Lazy Schnit (schnitzel with a choice of sauce) or from one of 20 gourmet toppings. Schnithouse Hilton also have the world's first dessert schnitzel, a doughnut served with milk or white chocolate "gravy", or parmi style with custard "cheese", berry coulis "sauce", waffle "chips" and fruit salad.
