Bakery & Cafe – Banjo’s Longford

Food is always nice, but the prices seem to creep up much more often than competitors. The customer service seems to be getting worse, too. Visited Saturday morning and was offered no butter with the hot cross bun, the 'toasted' croissant was cold, and the coffee was burnt. The young girl serving obviously had better places to be. I really wish plates, cutlery and mugs would come back for instore dining.

Bought 3 sausage rolls today, not baked properly, pastry was raw on bottom and meat was luke warm, not edible, poor show when a bakers can't cook a basic sausage roll properly, called shop, girl just said she will let baker know, no offer of refund, wont go back.

We were on a two week road trip of Tasmania and a friend recommended the scallop pies at Banjos Longford. Being pie tragics (we test the pies in every place we visit) we couldn't pass this one and we went out of our way to get to Longford. Our verdict on the Scallop Pies... 10/10!
