I am beyond frustrated with Prime Cart operating through Everyday Market (Woolworths online marketplace) and their couriers - Couriers Please. It has been 20 days since my parcel was ordered, and I am still without my item and without any clear answers. This is, hands down, the most incompetent on line business and courier service I have ever dealt with.
I suspect the "tracking" is a complete fabrication. For nearly three weeks, my parcel has either stalled or provided updates that make no sense. When I reached out for help, through Everyday Market the experience was even worse. Their customer service is a "pathetic joke". I have spent hours trying to navigate their useless AI chatbot, which only offers automated responses and runs you in circles.
When I did manage to get through to a human, Everyday Market support just said they will get the suppliers to follow up. Guess what, after 2 days I heard nothing.
Couriers Please were completely unable to locate the parcel in their own system. They have no idea where it is, yet they take no accountability for the loss. It is a systemic failure from the top down. They even said one of two items was delivered the day after I initially complained. Their proof of delivery photos shows a delivery to the wrong address which demonstrates the level of Couriers Please’s incompetency
According to other reviews my experience highlights exactly what other customers have reported in 2025 and early 2026:
•	Fake delivery attempts: I’ve been home all day, only to receive a notification saying "delivery attempted".
•	Vanishing parcels: My package has essentially "disappeared" with zero detail on where it was last checked.
•	No communication: I’ve sent multiple emails and made several calls with zero follow-up or resolution.
If you are a sender, do not use CouriersPlease unless you want to ruin your reputation and lose your customers' orders. If you are a buyer, save yourself the headache and request any other service—even a carrier pigeon would be more reliable at this point.

Beyond Excellent Online Orders Representative rescued us today!
The third party deliverer(Uber as advised ) failed to deliver our son and daughter in law's regular weekly 30 items approx order or return to the shop. This was the second time it happened in 3 weeks. The first driver returned the order to the shop. The second driver did not? They live 4 mins drive from the store.
Woolworths Marrickville Illawarra Rd and Representative sent the same order later today at no cost. Brilliant service! Will use the Track Delivery Option as advised ie Woolworths trucks from now on.

I shop at Schofield's Woolworths regularly, I'm sending this review to the head office reviews as well because why not.

My partner bought an OMO sensitive detergent she thought was $15.
We bought $495 worth of items as well.
I walked outside almost to the car and realise the detergent was $50.
I immediately walk back in and confirm that we read the shelf wrong and I grabbed 2x $15 detergents
I walk the three items back to the front desk (1x $50 detergent. And 2x $15 detergents)
I asked to swap them and i get told i will get $20 store credit to make up the difference.

This is all completely fine, no issues.
But then I'm given what might as well have been a cryptic poem about the proper way to handle this situation and how I should have brought the item to the front first and some other rules.

I asked the staff member to further explain because I had no idea what they were alluding to, after some further explaining the staff member said it looks like stealing.

Now I know I haven't been accused of stealing but to ask me to not carry a $50 item I own and want to replace around a stores that has 1,000,000,000 cameras watching every hair on my head is stupid.

Don't tell customers that have never returned an item how to return an item so it doesn't look like they're stealing, that's borderline profiling me as "you might look like a theif so be careful next time" which is a big no no in 2025 and has been not okay for decades now.

If you want honest customers to not look like they're stealing then do exactly what you've been doing the last 5 years and have staff in plain clothes follow customers around to catch them stealing, install barriers that stops honest customers leaving until you feel like they aren't thrives, install some more ai cameras at the checkouts. Better yet how about you guys with your infinite money worrying about me with my $50 conundrum have a personal butler follow each customer and hand pick out what they want to ensure theft doesn't occur...

If I wanted to steal your OMO laundry detergent I would have done what I know countless people do everyday to accumulate the collective 2.3 Billion dollars lost in retail theft every year, which is just walk out with the bottle in my hand.

Maybe ask the people with stuff they haven't bought walking out the door with the items in their hand to stop stealing.

So many negative reviews, if you don't like Woolies then go to Coles which looks like a low grade grocery store. The only terrible looking woolies is Fairfield Heights other than that all Woolies is high quality, they change their uniforms all the time, so many woolies I've been to for decades have the same employees, that tells you the work environment must be alright for people to stay. Many years ago their home brand wasn't very tasty and looked cheapy but now their range is yummy and looks like other brands, they've definitely levelled up. Avid supporter of Woolies because they have great yummy products. Exclusively shopped at woolies during the pandemic.

Love this facilities.   I attended to undertake a survey for Woolworths.  You are made to feel good from the time you entered the building.  The reception is always bubbly and personable
