Have used them in all of our overseas trips. The purchasing process has always been straightforward. I am able to declare medical conditions so they can be covered. I have also had a chance to try their claims process and it was fairly painless, though would appreciate being notified that the claim has been finalised. I only knew because they reimbursement appeared in my account.

I purchased travel insurance from insureandgo and had to cancel our flights and hotel bookings because my wife's medico recommended that she shouldn't travel due to a medical issue. I cancelled our Expedia bookings at the suggestion of insureandgo and followed their instructions re how to submit our claim to insureandgo for a refund. We were treated courteously and kindly and communication was very good. Everything insureandgo asked us to do re submitting a claim was logical and made sense to us. The clincher, I think, was the letter that my wife's specialist wrote giving the reasons for recommending that she shouldn't travel. Our claim was quickly recognized by insureandgo and we received a refund, minus the excess. I and my wife were impressed and happy with the way our claim was handled and will use insureandgo again. By the way, we purchased our insurance on line.

Simply great, keep it simple but professional. I have not needed to use the insurance but any questions I asked were answered so I understood the answer.
I am using them again on my next trip, and the price was competitive. Happy
