Really amazing experience! We were there for the the ‘Fine, fast food’ and each course is as just as good as the next. Loved the twist on some ff classics, especially enjoyed the nfc with cavier. Really appreciated that there was no ‘carb heavy’ part of the set menu which seems to be pretty common with set menus with the purpose to fill you up but still left feeling very full. The cocktails were amazing too and was nice have the ‘cocktail creator’ spend some time explaining what was included in each one. Looking forward to coming back and trying a different menu course.

Impeccable across all areas! Well worth it, if you are looking for a unique food experience which provides high quality service, look no further! This is a one-of-a-kind restaurant. The menu changes regularly and it will always provide you with a surprise! Culinary genius, amazing service and beautiful atmosphere :) 10/10 MUST ENJOY!!

Came here during their Fast Food set menu, and  was thoroughly amazed by the presentation and creativity of the foods! I was impressed by the intricate and unique twist to each dish, will be keeping an eye out for more of NEL’s creations!!

Calm, efficient kitchen turning out beautifully presented dishes with clever touches. Great cocktails and wine list. Staff are attentive and on point. Relaxed atmosphere, not at all pretentious.

This restaurant crafts seasonal degustation menus around interesting themes, from festive Christmas offerings to whimsical Disney-inspired culinary adventures.

My previous Christmas visit years ago was, unfortunately, more show than substance. However, I'm thrilled I gave them another chance, as their Jun'25 Australian-themed menu was amazing.

From the innovative drinks to every course, the menu showcased a delicious and creative use of Australian ingredients. It wasn't just novelty; the impressive flavors and textures celebrated the continent's unique bounty.

We savored nearly every dish. The only misstep was the chocolate mousse at the end. While tasty, it felt a bit too heavy and one-dimensional, lacking the nuanced complexity of the other courses.

Despite that one critique, this Australian degustation was a significant improvement over my last visit and a true testament to the restaurant's potential.
