Landmark Resort & Spa

The reception staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was neat and clean. I will note it is a bit dated and you can see in photos when booking, it’s exactly as pictured. I don’t mind though as it was comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the ocean views. Absolutely beautiful. We were located in room 8107. The shower water pressure was excellent which I find important. We didn’t use the kitchen cooking facilities but it was really well equipped if we wanted to. The pool looked lovely and people seemed to be enjoying it. We only used the roof top spa which was lovely and enjoyed laying out on the sun lounges on the roof top. The resort is very well located to walk to the beach, wharf, restaurants, cafes, shops etc. During our stay one of the lifts was out of order which meant a bit more waiting, so I hope they get the second lift foxed soon. I would like a more advanced smart tv in the room so we can use our own streaming accounts like Netflix etc. the foxtel was limited and a bit old school with no streaming options.

We recently had 3 nights at Landmark Resort Mooloolaba and we really enjoyed our stay. Our Studio Executive room was great for the 2 of us, with a nice partial ocean view from the balcony. Great location, walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, and of course the beach. Highly recommended and hope to return again.

This property is located in an excellent part of Mooloolaba, just around the corner from the surf club and within easy walking distance of all the Esplanade has to offer. The desk staff were very friendly and checked us in efficiently. Check out is as easy as dropping your key cards into the box in the parking garage if you're driving. Our room was recently renovated and was clean and modern enough, albeit very small and cramped. It was a studio room booked via a booking website. We had a lovely view of the water from our room, which was nice. Friends of ours stayed at the same time but were kept up by music from adjacent bars until very late. It might be worth asking for a room on a higher floor or on the other side of the building if you stay here. Overall, it was a good stay and I'd stay again if we didn't plan on being in the room much at all.

Great hotel and location was fantastic close to all the good restaurants and the centre of town. Room a little tired in need of refurb especially in room lounges need replacing. Minor stuff like lights on balcony not working and spa didn’t work but it didn’t impact our stay. Would still recommend to friends and family.

We loved staying here. Some of the rooms are a little dated but the staff and the location more than make up for that. It was the most comfortable place - you felt really at home! Everything that you need is supplied in your room. Location is above the Main St which is fantastic. The pool & spa has a waterfall which the whole family would love. We will definitely be back!
